Accessing alternative healthcare is straightforward. Your consultation is with our partner clinic; once you have a script, we take care of the rest.

Meet with our partner clinic doctor, by telehealth or in person, to discuss your health and whether you’re eligible.

Receive your script
If alternative healthcare is right for you, your practitioner issues an electronic prescription.

Send it to us
Using your patient portal where you can find any scripts you can then order it securely for delivery or click and collect.

We dispense & deliver
Our pharmacists prepare your medication and post it Australia-wide or click and collect
Most people start with a consult, not a product. The partner clinic doctor looks at your history and whether other treatments have helped, then decides if alternative healthcare is appropriate. If it is, they issue an electronic prescription. We do not write scripts.
After that, open your patient portal, find the script, and order for delivery or click and collect at Bondi Junction. A pharmacist prepares the medication and it is posted Australia-wide or held in store. If something on the script is unclear, call 1300 648 463 before you order so we can check it with you.
